Refund policy

1. Overview

Because all of our products are custom made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or dislike of the design. Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and preview images carefully before placing your order.

We will gladly replace or refund any order that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • To start a return, email us at customersupport@printchanted.com with:
    • Your order number
    • A clear description of the issue
    • Photos showing the defect/damage and packaging
  • Once verified, we will offer:
    • A free replacement (same item only) or
    • A full refund to your original payment method

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Situations Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered (please refer to our size chart before purchasing)
  • Colors appearing slightly different due to monitor settings (small variations are normal)
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


4. Order Cancellations

Because production starts quickly after you place your order, cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of purchase. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

 

5. Lost in Transit

If your order does not arrive within 30 business days (domestic) or 45 business days (international) from shipment date:

  • Contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
  • If confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement at no extra cost.

 

6. Refund Processing

 

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
